This includes, but is not limited to, special losses and economic losses such as loss of use or trade. Attendees are responsible for supervising their children at all times. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that you and your family are participating at your own risk. As this is an indoor event held at a government school, all attendees are required to strictly comply with school safety regulations and local park rules, including but not limited to parking and signage requirements. Any breach of these regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the attendee, and any damages, penalties, or liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne exclusively by the attendee.
